MBL is proud to share two substantial defense rulings obtained for insurance clients this week. Attorneys James Flynn and Aaron Pincus secured the dismissal of approximately $40,000 in unverified and experimental medical treatments in two different cases. In each case, MBL argued that the treatments were not rendered in compliance with Michigan medical regulations and that there was no evidence that the treatments actually provided any benefit to the claimants. When faced with these forceful arguments, each court dismissed the unlawful and unverified treatments.
