Congratulations to Partner Bob Abramson and Executive Partner Kaitlyn Cramer on a successful appeal and dismissal of a $300,000 PIP claim. After a six-year journey and two appeals, the Michigan Court of Appeals verified that the Plaintiff committed fraud in the application by failing to disclose that she was working for Shipt, a grocery delivery service, at the time of the application, and the policy was void from the beginning. Abramson unveiled the misrepresentation for the first time during litigation, and Cramer swayed the panel on appeal.
