Maggie Mason is focused on the defense of insurance companies under the Michigan No-Fault law and is an advocate of first- and third-party No-Fault and auto negligence defense. She has extensive experience in commercial litigation defense including consumer, warranty, regulatory and product liability matters.

For the first 20+ years of her career, she represented American automobile manufacturers, dealerships and finance houses in commercial and product liability litigation. She contributed to the formation of regulations and industry standards while working with the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers and furthered pro-manufacturer lobbying efforts in various states.
