McDonald Baas & Livingston, PLLC (MBL) is pleased to announce that the Macomb County Circuit Court granted a motion for partial summary disposition in favor of MBL’s insurance company client.

The plaintiff chiropractor sought nearly $75,000.00 in PIP benefits, but the Court agreed with senior attorney Maggie Mason’s arguments that the plaintiff was not the real party in interest. This ruling dismisses the chiropractor’s claim in its entirety.
