The MBL defense team obtained cellular carrier data showing that the claimant and another individual were not at or near the reported accident location at the time of the alleged loss. Further discovery revealed:

• Payment records linking the claimant to a medical-provider recruiter.

• Phone records documenting communications among the claimant, the recruiter, and others connected to the claim.

• Sworn testimony that conflicted with the objective evidence.
