The case arose from an accident involving a DoorDash delivery driver, where Plaintiff sought coverage under a personal auto policy. The Court agreed that the policy clearly excluded coverage for commercial activities, including delivery services, and rejected Plaintiff’s argument that the absence of specific “delivery network company” language created coverage.
