With more than 20 years devoted primarily to insurance defense litigation, Marc focuses his practice on first- and third-party auto claims, premises liability, general civil defense, and property damage matters. He has successfully defended cases on behalf of numerous national and regional insurance carriers, helping clients avoid millions of dollars in potential exposure through strategic litigation and trial advocacy.
In addition to his litigation practice, Marc is a frequent speaker and educator on insurance defense and fraud-related issues. He regularly presents seminars throughout Michigan and trains national insurance carriers on strategies for defending against fraudulent medical provider claims.
