Abramson will present on a Claims Handling (Third-Party/UIM) Track on “Make It or Break It: The Ins and Outs of Adjuster Depositions.” Hear from both plaintiff and defense counsel on what can make or break a case when it comes to adjuster depositions.

Cramer will serve as a Moderator during the Claims Handling (Third-Party/UIM) Track, as well as speak on “Navigating Post-Reform.” She will help address lingering legal issues since No-Fault reform four years ago, with insight on those areas that the legislation did not address but the courts have attempted to answer.
