Thomas specializes in defending insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses across a range of civil litigation matters. His expertise includes First-party auto No-Fault (PIP) claims, Third-party auto negligence cases, insurance coverage disputes, as well as representing clients in Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense and Subrogation.

He has experience as a summer judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for The Hon. Stephen J. Murphy III, as well as for The Hon. Eric Cholack in the Third Circuit Court of Detroit.
