Rob Mills is a pragmatic yet tenacious attorney whose practice focuses on complex insurance litigation arising from personal automobile, commercial general liability, and liquor liability policies. He represents both national and regional carriers in matters involving first-party No-Fault, third-party negligence, coverage, priority, premises liability, and dramshop claims.

Prior to entering private practice, Rob worked as a commercial and liquor liability claims analyst. Drawing from his experience on both sides of the insurer-counsel relationship, Rob has shaped a practical, results-oriented approach to litigation that is grounded in an understanding of his clients’ objectives, operational realities, and claims-handling processes.
