Riley M. Stheiner Associate
Riley Stheiner focuses her practice on defending insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Her work includes first-party auto No-Fault (PIP) claims, third-party auto negligence actions, insurance coverage disputes, and matters involving the Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP)—both servicing insurer defense and subrogation.

Before joining MBL, Riley gained valuable experience across municipal, family, and civil law. As an Assistant City Attorney for a local municipality, she advised on issues involving local government operations, ordinances, and public policy. She also served as a law clerk for the 30th Circuit Court, Family Division, where she developed a strong understanding of judicial processes and family law litigation.

Riley leverages this diverse background to provide practical, solutions-oriented counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs—whether representing public entities or private clients in complex litigation.
