Randi focuses most of her practice on the defense of first-party and third-party automobile negligence claims, along with general liability, product liability, and premises liability actions.
She also provides pre-suit litigation planning and advice, handles EUOs and SIU investigations, and drafts corporate documents for file handling.
Randi handles some of the most unique claims in the office, including negligent burial action, dog bites, and other discrete areas of negligence jurisprudence. She has successfully obtained summary disposition on misrepresentations, rescission, and fraud.
Having represented national insurance companies in courts across Michigan, Randi Davis is a true litigator who feels most at home in the courtroom.
