Marcy Mierzejewski brings over a decade of experience handling first and third-party litigation, general negligence, UM/UIM claims and premises liability.

For the past several years, Marcy focused on defending the rights of assigned claims carriers at the trial court and appellate court levels. She prevailed on numerous dispositive motions on behalf of national insurance carriers pertaining to fraud and material misrepresentations made by claimants. She also has extensive expertise in pre-suit investigations and subrogation matters.
