Jennifer Rickabaugh has 20+ years of diverse experience in the insurance industry, having worked as corporate counsel, staff attorney, coverage attorney, house counsel, special investigations unit advisor, and a claims advisor. She has extensive experience analyzing policies and has authored DIFS-approved language.

She focuses her practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation.
