Franchesca Fachou focuses her practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters. She handles first-party automobile No-Fault (PIP) claims, third-party auto negligence actions, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer subrogation. She brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to protecting clients’ interests at every stage of litigation.
Franchesca began her legal career developing a strong foundation within law firm environments, where she gained hands-on experience drafting and filing high-volume litigation matters, conducting legal research, and preparing motions, discovery, and trial briefs.
In addition to her litigation background, Franchesca has experience in the insurance industry, having worked with a Fortune 500 life insurance company reviewing high volumes of client profiles and developing a strong understanding of data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Her combined legal and insurance experience allows her to deliver practical, informed defense strategies tailored to the needs of insurers and businesses.
