Amy Schroeder focuses on insurance defense litigation at MBL, including the defense of first-party No-Fault, third-party automobile negligence, and general liability and premises claims. She represents insurance carriers and businesses throughout the litigation process, from initial case evaluation through motion practice, negotiation, and resolution. She has earned a reputation for thorough legal analysis, detailed research, and creative problem-solving.

Her academic background is uniquely distinguished. She earned a Master of Philosophy in Classical Archaeology from the University of Oxford and completed additional graduate-level studies at the University of Luxembourg, focusing on European securities and tax law. She also studied at the London School of Economics during her undergraduate education at Boston College, where she earned a degree in History. While at William & Mary Law School she was selected for the Koch Family Foundation Fellowship. Through the fellowship, she studied and worked in Madrid, Spain, gaining valuable international legal experience.

Prior to entering private practice, she gained experience in international banking regulation, corporate transactions, legal research, and public history. She worked with global organizations and law firms in Luxembourg and Spain, conducting regulatory research, assisting with complex financial compliance matters, and supporting multinational corporate transactions. Her extensive research background continues to serve clients well in handling complex legal issues and developing persuasive legal arguments.
