Associate
Manya Kaur represents insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Drawing on several years of experience as a law clerk at insurance defense firms, she brings a strong foundation in Michigan insurance law, litigation strategy, legal research, and motion practice.
Before becoming an attorney, Manya worked closely with experienced litigators on complex insurance defense matters, assisting with case analysis, discovery, legal research, and trial preparation. This hands-on experience provided her with a practical understanding of the litigation process and the needs of insurance clients, allowing her to transition seamlessly into the practice of law.
With an undergraduate major in political science and government, she served as an intern for the U.S. House of Representatives, where she gained valuable insight into the legislative process, public policy, and government operations.
