Brigitte Najor
Associate
Brigitte Najor focuses on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters. She represents clients throughout the litigation process, drawing on a unique background that includes experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury litigation.
Before becoming an attorney, Brigitte built a strong foundation as a paralegal, working extensively in both plaintiff-side automobile negligence and insurance defense. This dual perspective provides her with valuable insight into the legal, strategic, and practical considerations that influence every stage of a case.
While working on the plaintiff side, Brigitte collaborated closely with injured clients, assisting with case development from intake through resolution. She gained extensive experience reviewing medical records, evaluating damages, and supporting client advocacy efforts, giving her a strong appreciation for the personal impact of litigation.
Her insurance defense experience further strengthened her skills in liability analysis, risk assessment, claims evaluation, and litigation strategy, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of how insurers investigate, defend, and resolve complex claims.
Brigitte leverages this well-rounded experience to develop practical, strategic solutions for insurance clients. Her familiarity with both sides of the litigation process allows her to anticipate opposing arguments, evaluate claims efficiently, and advocate effectively on behalf of insurers and businesses.
