Rojan Yousif focuses her practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses in civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a pre-litigation legal assistant handling a high-volume caseload of motor vehicle accident claims, where she evaluated liability, analyzed police reports and body camera footage, conducted client interviews, and assisted with the submission of PIP benefits and mini-tort claims. This experience provides valuable insight into claim development and early case strategy.
During law school, she served as a Dean’s Fellow, assisting students with legal research, writing, and analytical skills. She also externed with the Cooley Innocence Project, contributing to case investigation and research efforts in support of the exoneration of Louis Wright.
Her diverse background reflects a detail-oriented and practical approach to supporting clients and advancing litigation strategy.
