Mallory Yaldo focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, with a particular emphasis on special investigations and fraud. She represents insurance companies in complex civil matters and applies a strategic, investigative approach to identifying, defending, and deterring fraudulent claims.

Mallory brings a unique combination of litigation and investigative experience to her practice. Prior to entering private practice, she served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, where she handled all stages of criminal matters—from warrant recommendations through jury trials—developing strong courtroom advocacy and case investigation skills.

In addition to her legal career, Mallory is a certified law enforcement officer in Michigan. She previously served as a police officer with the Hamtramck Police Department, where she was assigned to the patrol division and responded to emergency calls while working to foster positive relationships between law enforcement and the community.

Mallory’s background as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and law enforcement officer gives her a distinctive perspective when investigating claims and developing litigation strategy. She brings that same commitment and investigative mindset to advocate for insurance carriers and help protect them from fraudulent or unsupported claims.
