As a former claims supervisor and representative for nearly 14 years, Chuck Bloomfield, brings extensive experience on all sides of the insurance defense matter, especially dealing with investigations, PIP, bodily injury, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.

While at a Fortune 500 insurance company, he supervised a branch of 20 associates, oversaw claim development and performance reviews, and reviewed thousands of no-fault lawsuits. He provided strategic guidance to claim representatives and defense counsel throughout litigation and successfully handled 33 litigated cases through trial. He has conducted numerous Examinations Under Oath, given more than 100 depositions defending claims handling, and frequently presented at ICLE, IAM, and defense firm conferences.

He also regularly acts as a facilitator in complex personal injury disputes and has served as a defense arbitrator in multiple arbitration hearings, bringing a practical and balanced perspective to case resolution.

Chuck proudly served in the United States Army as a Captain in the Field Artillery with the 1st Infantry Division. During his deployment to Iraq, he managed administrative operations for a battalion of 390 soldiers and served as Executive Officer of a battery, with responsibility for personnel accountability and control of sensitive equipment.
