Congratulations to Associate Kristy Hajjar on two recent victories for an insurance client. The Court granted MBL’s fraud-based Motions for Summary Disposition for two cases against a Plaintiff. The Judge ruled in MBL’s favor, agreeing that deliberate misrepresentations of Plaintiff’s claim constituted fraudulent acts, ultimately disqualifying her from receiving benefits. As a result, both matters were dismissed without prejudice, eliminating $16,000 in claims.
